Evaluation and Prioritisation
After looking at the type of outcomes the business has identified we then take each process in turn and break it down into the required steps to enable us to advise on the right automation solutions.
If a human being is currently doing it we are pretty sure we can replicate this (and improve it) but some things are better than others in terms of the ROI proposition. We generally advise clients to start with the quick wins and then build complexity from there … it is also more fun and far less intimidating culturally.
We constantly look for ways to make the human capital in your business more productive and we do this simply by “taking the robot out of the human”. This releases your team and colleagues to really add value in the areas that humans do best.
We have put together a quick overview to help you determine which processes are most easily converted to automation for a virtual worker and by comparison, which tasks are most ably completed by human workers.
